Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and
Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy

1. Our Commitment
ZYLO, operated by Meadows Management Pty Ltd (ACN 651 288 390 | ABN 86 651 288 390), is registered with AUSTRAC as a Digital Currency Exchange Provider (DCE100882283‑001) and complies with the AML/CTF Act 2006.
We are committed to preventing the misuse of digital currencies for money laundering, terrorism financing, or criminal activity.
2. Identity Verification (KYC)
Before providing any exchange services, we are legally required to verify the identity of all users. You may be asked to submit:

Valid government-issued ID

Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

Source of funds or source of wealth (for large or flagged transactions)
Refusal to complete KYC will result in denial of service.
3. Transaction Monitoring
We continuously monitor all transactions for unusual or suspicious behavior. This includes:

Reviewing transaction patterns and frequency

Flagging high-risk trades or jurisdictions

Reporting suspicious matters to AUSTRAC
4. Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs)
ZYLO screens all customers for Politically Exposed Person (PEP) status and applies enhanced monitoring and verification to ensure there is no misuse of services by politically exposed individuals.
5. Sanctions Screening
We do not provide services to individuals, businesses, or jurisdictions listed on international sanctions lists including those maintained by the UN, OFAC, EU, HMT or AUSTRAC. All customers are screened against these lists during onboarding and on a rolling basis.
6. Record Keeping
We maintain comprehensive records of all customer identification data, transaction histories, communications, and AML/KYC verifications for a minimum of 7 years, in compliance with AUSTRAC and other international regulatory standards.
7. Reporting Obligations
ZYLO complies with all statutory obligations for reporting suspicious matters to AUSTRAC, including:

Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs)

Threshold Transaction Reports (TTRs)

International Funds Transfer Instructions (IFTIs), where applicable
We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or cancel transactions pending review.
8. Data Privacy and Security
All personal data collected during the KYC process is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement encryption, access control, and secure servers to protect your information.
9. Customer Cooperation
By using our services, you agree to:

Provide true, accurate, and complete KYC information

Update your information promptly upon request or if details change

Cooperate fully in the event of an AML review or compliance audit
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of service.
10. Policy Updates
ZYLO reserves the right to amend this AML/KYC Policy at any time in response to regulatory changes or operational improvements. All changes will be posted on this page with an effective date.
