Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 July 2025

1. General Policy

All completed digital currency/crypto transactions conducted with ZYLO are final, irreversible, and non-refundable.

2. The Nature of Crypto Transactions

This no-refund policy is in place due to the technical nature of digital currency/crypto blockchains. Once a crypto transaction has been sent and confirmed on its respective network, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or retrieved.

When you purchase crypto from us, the transaction is considered complete and final once the crypto has been released from the secure escrow service of the P2P Platform and sent to your designated wallet.

3. User Responsibility

You, the user, are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transaction details before proceeding. Please double-check the following:

  • The agreed-upon price and amount of the trade.

  • The fiat currency amount being sent from your bank account.

  • The payment details you are sending funds to.

ZYLO is not liable for any losses incurred due to user error.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Fiat Overpayment: In the rare event that you accidentally send more fiat currency (AUD) than required for a trade, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to refund the excess amount to the original bank account, less any applicable bank transfer fees we may incur.

  • Incomplete Trades: This policy does not affect your rights within the dispute resolution process of the P2P Platform. If a disagreement occurs before the cryptocurrency has been released from escrow, you must follow the Host Platform's official dispute procedures.
